This service offering represents an aggressively priced alternative to the incumbent carrier's high speed Internet service, over a cable delivery system.

Under the Company's 3web brand, consumers can expect a value priced service for high-speed cable access. The service will be priced as low as $24.95 per month for connection speeds equal to those delivered by the incumbent cable Internet provider for a comparable service. Similar services offered by the incumbents are regularly priced between $32.00 and $37.95 including discounts from bundling.

Launching service in Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Victoria is part of Cybersurf's ongoing commitment to providing Canadian consumers with a low cost alternative to the incumbent cable Internet provider.
