The town has received generally good marks from the state on its accounting report card, but town Supervisor J. Robert Hendrick grades a little tougher than that.
"I give us a B-plus," Hendrick said after reviewing the findings of a report prepared by the Office of the State Comptroller.
While Hendrick said he is pleased with the findings of the report, which examines bookeeeping and investment practices through 1984, he is taking weaknesses identified in the town's accounting system as "constructive criticism."
