NSW: Man shot dead by police at Bondi

A man has been shot dead by police following a domestic dispute in Sydney's eastern
suburbs this morning.

Police say neighbours alerted them to the dispute at a house in Imperial Avenue, Bondi,
just before 2am (AEDT).

Three officers were confronted by a man and after a short struggle, a constable shot
the man several times.

The man, aged in his 20s, died in the courtyard of the home before ambulance officers arrived.
