Fed: Zoe Aust devastates small islet in Solomon Islands
An independent film maker and photographer says a remote islet has been totally devastatedby Cyclone Zoe which ripped through the region last Saturday.
GEOFF MACKLEY, who was on the first plane to fly over the storm ravaged island, saysTikopia would have faced the full force of the cyclone.
He says every tree on the island has been blown over or shredded and the island iscompletely denuded of vegetation.
He says almost every building has been damaged.
